Perks

Each of our partner programs offer slightly different perks, but across all games, creators can expect:

In-Game Content:

Creators will receive automatically unlocked in-game content to use, which may include Agents, Champs, Tacticians, battlepasses, skins, and more!

In-Game Titles/ Partner Cosmetics:

Show your partner status in our games with exclusive, creator-specific in-game titles.

VIP Support:

While still held to the same standards as all players, partnered creators receive direct access to dedicated and expedited Player Support to help solve your questions and needs quickly.

Content Giveaways:

Creators may occasionally receive access to giveaway codes and/or drops to help share the love with their communities.

Traveling Support:

Partner creators are able to request temporary travel account support when outside of their home country, so they can play and make content while abroad.

Priority Invites:

There’s always something new, so our creators may also receive invites to participate in campaigns, events, early access, and other opportunities across Riot.

Partner Program Qualifications

Qualification requirements may vary slightly between games and regions to reflect unique player behaviors. With that said, here’s a broad overview of the criteria we are looking for:

Creator Consistency:

Our programs are designed to remove friction and foster better community engagement, so we’re prioritizing creators who are already regularly making content around our games.
Ideally, we’re looking for around 20 hours per month of streaming content, or regular, consistent posting of VOD or short form content related to the game you are applying to.

Community Reach:

While we’ve designed our programs to support growing and established creators, we want to ensure our partners have developed a community of engaged viewers and followers.
Generally, we’re looking for creators with roughly 7,500+ average video views, 50+ number of live viewers, and/or 20,000+ total social followers.

Positive Behavior:

Our partnered creators should reflect the standards we set for the community which means their accounts should be in good standing across our games.
They should have a positive online reputation, strong community engagement, and have no major infractions of Riot Games’ Community Pact and Partner Program Behavior Expectations.

Please note: All creators must be at least 18 years old at the time of application. We may not be able to accept applications from countries or regions where Riot services are not available, for e.g., due to government sanctions, Riot’s publishing arrangements, or otherwise.

To help get you started, we’ve outlined some of the most frequently asked questions below.

How long are applications open?

Each game’s initial open application period lasts about a month. Here are the dates:

VALORANT: August 3, 2026 – August 28, 2026

League of Legends: September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

Teamfight Tactics: October 1, 2026 – October 30, 2026

How long will it take you to process my application?

After the application period closes, our team will need about 2-4 weeks to process all applications and review each creators’ eligibility. Creators should all receive the results of their applications around the same time.

Where will I find the results of my application?

Creators will receive all information related to their application via the email address they provided, as well as on the creator hub, where the status of their application can be reviewed in real time.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Our programs are designed to support growing and established creators who make content around Riot Games’ IP, which means we’ll look at things like content consistency, game familiarity, in-game behavior, and audience size. Additionally, all applications must be over the age of 18, and reside in the markets that our partner programs support. It is also worth noting that each of our markets and programs have slightly different qualification metrics to ensure equitability in criteria.

Why aren’t there open applications for Wild Rift yet?

Given Wild Rift just joined as a beta program back in May 2026, they need a bit more time to bake before we are ready to have them launch open applications. We will look to launch Wild Rift applications as soon as we are comfortable doing so, likely in 2027.

Do 2XKO, Legends of Runeterra, and Riftbound have Partner Programs?

We’re always exploring how we can support creators across all of our games but at this time, there are no established partner programs for 2XKO, LoR, or Riftbound. Instead, each game invests in creators in unique ways to support their content goals and help foster community. We know there’s excitement about our programs, so you can follow each game’s social channels for the latest updates and opportunities.

When will applications open again in the future?

Short answer: They will but timing is TBD.

Long answer: This is our first time welcoming creators at this scale, and the first time ever for a few of our games. We want to ensure our partner programs have scaled effectively before supporting an influx of additional creators. Details on future opportunities to apply will be available on the Creator Hub front page.

Do partner programs include cosplayers and community artists?

At this time our partner programs are designed to support livestream, VOD, and short-form content creators. But we’re already actively exploring ways we can better support both cosplayers and community artists through their own unique programs. More on that soonTM!
